What are g1 Points?
Xbox Live has achievements, ScrewAttack has g1 Points. We award our community points for doing awesome things- writing great blogs, quality comments, being features on g1 Submission Sunday, etc etc.
Can I send you a design or artwork?
Sure! We are allways happy to take a look at new ideas and artwork. Send all designs/artwork to Chad@ScrewAttack.com.
Can I send you a picture of myself in ScrewAttack gear?
You bet your ass you can. We'd love to see it. Send your pictures along with your G1 forum name to Chad@ScrewAttack.com and we'll post it on the g1 Pride page. If your picture is featured we'll hook you up with 300 g1 points! We'll feature a new g1 every week.
Where can I order one of your limited edition hoodies?
We produce only a limited number of hoodies per year and once they are gone they are gone. You gotta be quick if you want one!

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped straight from GameAttack in Highland Village Texas.
What is the difference between domestic shipping options?
UPS Ground: A little pricey but your order should arrive anywhere from 2-5 business days and you'll get step by step tracking information (on UPS.com).
USPS 1st Class w/ Delivery Confirmation (Domestic): Our cheapest method of delivery. Orders should arrive between 5-10 days. You won't get step by step tracking, only confirmation of delivery, but you'll definitely be saving some $.
Can I pick-up my order to save on shipping?
Sure! Select Local Pick-up at GameAttack in the "Shipping" drop box during checkout and we'll have it waiting for you at: GameAttack 200 Marketplace Ln. Suite 235 Highland Village, TX 75077 *Please allow 24 hours after ordering for your order to be prepared.
When will my order arrive?
We do our best to ship your order the day after it comes in. Delivery usually takes less than one week, but please wait 4 weeks before contancting us. International orders can sometimes take up to 8 weeks due to customs. In addition, if you order during Christmas time the USPS can take longer than expected so please don't freak out.
What locations do you ship to?
Any and all PayPal supported countries.
Do I have to pay import duty?
It sucks but If you live outside of the United States you may be charged a small duty fee which is sometimes imposed by the governing customs body in the country you live in.
How can I pay you?
All of our online payments are processed through PayPal. There are multiple ways to pay: PayPal transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and eCheck. Unfortunately we do not accept check or money order via mail. How will I see the charge on my credit card? The name that should appear on your statement is ScrewAttack Entertainment LLC
Do I have to pay sales tax?
The only way you'll be charged tax on your order is If you live in the great state of Texas. Other than that you are golden.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We will replace damaged items, however we normally do not provide refunds or exchanges once shipped. Please make sure that you verify your t-shirt size before ordering.
Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?
If you want to resell our products for your own personal gain at your shop (or chain of shops) or just need to order a big batch of merch so you can spread the word to all your buddies, we'd love to hear from you. Send us an email at Chad@ScrewAttack.com
